Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.

Home Run condo near Toll House base

Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo, Located at Toll House base area in the Original Lodge building near Stowe Mountain Resort. Ski-in/out access in the winter (weather dependent with a 5-min flat ski to the Toll House Lift). Swimming pool, tennis courts and hiking trails in the summer. This cozy one bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, washer & dryer, and private ski storage outside of the unit.

Gorgeous panoramic views - 4 miles to the mountain

Only 4 miles door to door from the condo to the mountain. Views of the tollhouse area directly from the living room deck! There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
