The pond side of our home feat. a patio w/ gazebo, hottub, & fire pit that overlooks the water. Also feat. a boat launch & dock for small boats/pontoons. Kayaks & a paddle board that are welcomed to be used. Other side you will find the elms golf course, clubhouse/restaurant (5min walk/2min ride) and friendly chipman lane, great for a walk!

The Brewster Cottage

There's no shortage of natural light in this 3,000 sqft home, providing plenty of space for everyone in your party to find their own place to relax. This home was built in the late 1980's by our family’s matriarch, Madora Brewster. She over saw every last detail of this house - from the breathtaking sunroom, the river rock fireplace mantel, to the moonlit bathtub in the master bedroom.
