This quaint, early 1900's farm house sits among shady trees and overlooks a beautiful pasture and garden. Rock on the porch or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. The parking and turn around are big enough to accommodate a trailer. It's convenient to horse trails, hiking, kayaking, and biking on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Pickett State Park, Historic Rugby, Muddy Pond, and Sgt. Alvin C. York's Museum and Burial Place are all within 30 minutes.

Hidden Creek Schoolhouse

The Hidden Creek Schoolhouse is more than a stay; it's a chance to slow down. Lovingly restored from a 1919 schoolhouse, this one-of-a-kind retreat rests in a quiet hollow where time seems to move a little differently. Original wood floors, a seasonal creek, and evenings lit by fireflies create a setting made for long conversations, morning coffee, and doing wonderfully little. Our cabin is built on the banks of Obey (Obee) River With 20 quiet acres surrounding you. The cabin is a comfortable and beautiful place to enjoy the incredible surroundings. Wide porches face the river, and rocking chairs and a bed swing welcome you outside .If you are a nature lover, come and renew your soul in solitude and beauty. The cabin is one steep mile back from Muddy Pond Road, where you can access the local Mennonite community and enjoy unique stores and leather shops. Welcome!

Nature Lovers Paradise

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country escape where memories are made and time slows down. Listen to the gentle river flowing nearby. Explore nature, or simply unwind to the soothing sounds of the countryside all around. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with cozy blankets to roast marshmallows and watch the stars twinkle across the wide country sky. Start your mornings with a warm cup of coffee and breathtaking views, enjoy the afternoon sipping sweet tea .

Wild Rose Ridge

Enjoy the wild beauty of the Tennessee mountains at Wild Rose Ridge. The A frame tiny home has everything you will need for the perfect getaway, from the wrap around deck to the outdoor fire pit it is simply enamoring! When you step inside you are invited into a fully equipped kitchen that then goes into the living room, the couch does convert into a bed to comfortably sleep two extra guest. It may be a tiny house but it has a king sized bed as well as a full bathroom.

Still Waters Inn

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can enjoy the mountain air, horses in the pasture, fishing in the pond and the cozy feeling of the cabin. It has a complete full kitchen and a gas fireplace to keep you comfortable in every season. There is 1 bedroom with queen bed and in the loft 2 queen beds that will sleep 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a claw foot tub. You can sit out on the front or back porch to enjoy the view.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

Perfect escape for horse lovers

Cozy Cabin with a two stall barn, grassy turnout paddock and Rv hookup. This Home is located in an Equestrian community with direct trail access to community horse trails as well as 4 access points into the Big South Fork NRRA, known for its miles of horse riding and hiking trails. There are 2 fire pits for your enjoyment, a screened in back porch and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, as well as a fenced dog lot in the back yard.
