It sits within a private holler on 105 acres along the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest. The rustic-chic decor inside combines antique furnishings, repurposed barn wood paneling, unique lighting, electric fireplace, and a claw-footed tub amidst modern conveniences.

There are 14 steps up to the entrance of the apartment and the front door has a digital lock. Approximately 600 square feet with 2 bed rooms, one private and the other semi-private.
