An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. The towns of Otley, Pately Bridge, Ilkley, Skipton and Harrogate are all close by and offer great independent shops, cafes and eateries .
