The Stables is a self-contained wing of our 300-year-old Grade II listed farmhouse in the tiny historic village of Binsey. Walk into Oxford in around 30 minutes across beautiful Port Meadow, alongside the Thames, with the renowned 17th-century Perch pub close by. Sleeps six in three bedrooms, with a spacious sitting room, farmhouse kitchen/diner, private garden and free parking.

The Garden House is a brand new private one-bedroom property located in a charming Oxfordshire village 15 mins drive from the centre of Oxford and 20 mins from Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace. The space is set up for a fantastic night's sleep with a comfortable king-size bed and a quiet location. The only sound you will hear is wildlife. The property has a bright and breezy feel created by large glazed doors and high vaulted ceilings. Ultra-fast broadband makes it perfect for working.

A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

Close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds, SoHo Farmhouse , Kirtlington Park, Oxfordshire Way, Diddly Squat Farm, and Bicester Village. We have a great local pub, The Oxford Arms and a very popular Indian restaurant at Dashwood by Aziz, with other eateries a short drive away. Fabulous walking area. For those seeking a touch of luxury we are close to Estelle Manor, SoHo Farmhouse and RH.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
