Familiale, fonctionnelle et agréable sur deux étages, son jardin orienté vers le sud est juste parfait pour les petits déjeuners en terrasse avant de filer à la plage. Nichée dans un quartier calme, la maison combine la proximité au centre ville et à l'océan tout en bénéficiant d'une grande tranquillité de voisinage et de facilités de parking.
