While staying, cook your meals in the robust tiny kitchen featuring a Cuisinart micro/oven with cookware to prepare meals, a coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, cooktop. Work in the dedicated workspace. The large bathroom and dressing room are separated from a private toilet room. The queen bed was replaced on June 9, 2026 . The tv area has a pop up table for dining. The laundry room is free to use. PERFECT😊

Downtown Rochester is within ten minutes away and any near by towns are a few minutes more. Our BnB is conveniently located with highway access within seconds. Our home would be a great luxurious stay, with plenty of games an entertainment for any 1 night stay or occasion.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
