Bring your camera, hiking shoes, golf clubs, guitar & singing voice. At the end of it all come and sit and sip by a cozy fire, a moonlight sky and be star struck. Bras D’or Waterfront Chalet-Private Sand Beach

Our small piece of heaven rests on a quiet cove on the Bras D’or lakes, with an incredible view of Whycocomagh Bay and the mountains on its North side. The 2 1/2 acre property also features a sandy salt water beach which is lovely in the summer months (and very safe for children). You will be centrally located and convenient to many popular tourist destinations: Iona & Highland Village 15 min.; Inverness Beach & Cabot golfing 45 min.; Baddeck 40 min.; Mabou 40 min; Cabot trail 20 min.

Enjoy your private outdoor hot tub located directly in front of the cottage, a gas fire pit, hiking trails, and kayaking to the ocean beach. There is also an outdoor shower with both hot & cold water. Inside, you’ll find designer log furniture, LED fireplace, Bell FibreOp high-speed internet, and a 60-inch Samsung TV.

Modern relaxed lake front home with floor to ceiling windows giving you amazing waterfront views. Open bright layout with wood burning stove in the living room to warm up on chilly evenings. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite washroom. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a main washroom with bathtub and shower. High speed fiber optic internet is available.

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Our central location on Cape Breton Island allow for day trips to all her wonders and attractions. We are only a short distance to the Fun & Frolic Pub for great food and entertainment. Sun and swim on one of the many beaches within a few minutes of Hector's Point. We have 4 suites listed on Airbnb.
