Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Das schöne 1960er Jahre Haus steht in Igls, einem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck. Es bietet einen einzigartigem Blick in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Das Haus bietet Platz für eine große Familie (gerne auch mit Hund), hat einen offenen Kamin, 3 Terrassen, 2 Balkone und einen großzügigem Garten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und barrierefrei, sogar mit Treppenlift. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder Bus in der Innsbrucker Innenstadt und in wenigen Minuten im Skigebiet Patscherkofel.

The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.
