Στον 1ο όροφο με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο κατοικούν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Χρήση ολοκλήρου του ισογείου και των εξωτερικών χώρων από τους ενοίκους.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Verschiedene Charterfluggesellschaften fliegen in der Saison von europäischen Flughäfen mindestens 1x pro Woche Samos an. Auch die tägliche, ganzjährige Verbindung via Athen ist problemlos. Ampelos liegt ca. 45 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt, ca. 300m über dem Meer im Ampelosgebirge......
