Gamla Húsið - The Old Farm-House

Gamla húsið is qualified as a Covid 19 quarinteen. It is on Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga horse-farm, located in the south of Iceland, 35km -from Reykjavík in Ölfus and 3min. drive off Route 1. Perfect as either the starting point for an exploration of southern Iceland or as a base since it is close to the Golden Circle and a few hours drive to the glaciers and black sands of the south. Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.

This apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment with a great view and Icelandic horses in their natural surroundings all over.
