Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Nestled amongst the natural beauty of Wandiligong, Moondance Cabin overlooks the glorious valley and all that it has to offer. Sit out on the deck and read a book, or enjoy a nice glass of red as you relax and unwind. There's nothing here to distract you from your sole purpose to let go of the stress of the city and enjoy the tranquility of mother nature . Moritz 2-Mount Hotham

Moritz 2 is a gorgeous first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is complete with ground floor parking space for 1 car. The view is AMAZING from the huge front balcony and living area. Moritz apartments are luxury premier apartments at Hotham. In ski season there is a free shuttle bus (stop is right out front) to the main village 3 minutes away. The Big D and General Pub and store is 500 metres from the door. Watching the sun set from the balcony after a days skiing is priceless.

The Tin Pod

Breathe easy the moment you walk into the courtyard of The Tin Pod. This light, Bright, modernly appointed space, located right on the edge of beautiful bush land to explore will instantly transport you to a more relaxed state of being. A perfect couples retreat to rejuvenate the body and mind. Alternatively if you seek a more active getaway there are walks to be done, cafes to visit, mountain bike trails to explore, snowfields to conquer.....all on the doorstep of “The Tin Pod”.

Off-Grid Retreat

Off-grid retreat … Dargo Viewz is a “hut” with a difference. The studio-style getaway is totally off-grid and set in a very peaceful, secluded area outside Dargo. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the Dargo valley. Winter mornings are special here – watch the fog clouds roll over the hills and meander through the valley. Please be aware that from June to December the Dargo High Plains Road is closed. This means you can't drive from Mt Hotham to Dargo on that road.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Avalon House: The Cattleman's

The Cattlemans at Avalon dates back to the Beveridges Cattle Co-Op in the 1930's when the high country cattlemen would bunker down for the snowy winters and graze cattle on the green valley pastures. A cosy bungalow with a private courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.
