Sleeps 5 very comfortably, but you can sleep 8 if you really wanted to between the three bedrooms (two queens and one twin), pullout sectional (queen), and reclining couch (twin). Large backyard with a deck and seating to enjoy the outside while it's not too hot! Has a single car driveway, but there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.
