Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Der Bahnhof, von dem alle 10 Minuten ein Zug nach Zürich fährt, ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei große Supermärkte sind ebenfalls 5 bzw. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nach einem kurzen, etwa 5-minütigen Spaziergang ist man direkt am Zürchersee, in dem man kostenlos baden kann. Dort befindet sich auch die Schiffstation. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof sind die Züge bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören, bei geschlossenem sind sie nicht lauter als vorbeifahrende Autos.
