These villas are located on the ground and 2nd floor and have wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes complete with kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The resort has a pool, hot tub & toddler pool. Our place is good for a range of guests from young to retired couples, families with children, and an ideal location for relaxing or adventuring.

Just a few steps to the pool & beach to swim or kayak - or go out your backdoor & take our free canoe with electric motor & tour the beautiful Sittee River - or have a massage at the end of the dock. Where else can you do all these things? Kayaks & Bicycles are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. My fiancée & I try to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else. This is our favorite house. It is where we stay when we are in Belize.
