"Camp" is located on the Piscataquog River, which is a 34.7-mile-long river located in southern New Hampshire. This property is 1 hr from Boston, 1 hr from the White Mountains and Lakes Region, 1 hr from the beaches. Under 10 min from SNHU arena. Guests are welcome to swim (life jackets provided), canoe (provided), and and just relax in this tranquil setting. If you feel like exploring New Hampshire’s largest city and trendiest restaurants and bars, Elm Street is less than a 10-min drive away.

Picturesque Dunbarton Waterfront Cottage

New dock coming in 2026. Lakefront cottage in the center of New England. Our home has everything you need for your waterfront retreat. Enjoy morning coffee or go fishing on your private dock. Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Treetop Sanctuary

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. 4wd/awd during winter pls.

Spruce Studio (5 Minutes from Downtown) Unit C

Centrally located to many destinations, we hope this studio provides a cozy retreat from the hustle of the day; be it work, travel, adventuring, or taking in the sites of Manchester. With a full, bathroom, kitchenette, and a queen-size bed this space offers lots for the solo traveler, couple, or small family. We provide a smart TV for relaxing and a desk for more serious matters. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!
