Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Moderne tomannsbolig bygget i 2018 med høy standard, fin skjermet hage, flere terasser og solrik beliggenhet. Det er flotte friluftsområder for gåturer, fiske, ski, padling, bading og sykling rett ved. Landelig beliggenhet med 500 meter til bussholdeplass og ca 5 km til tog. Gratis parkering med lademulighet for el-bil mot betaling. Når jeg ikke leier ut boligen, så bor jeg der. Noen rom og skap vil derfor ikke være tilgjengelig.

Direkte adkomst til elva (en laksefiskers drøm)

Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde og bred utsikt til elva fra stue/uteområdet. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

Charming country house with top facilities and a stunning view of lake Follsjø. It is a calm cabin area for year-round use, located only 1,5h from Oslo. From Larvik port 124 km, only 2h drive. Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness that offers hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, and Kongsberg and Gausta ski centers nearby. The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

The cabin is set in scenic hiking terrain, ideal for walking, cycling, and skiing, with swimming and fishing lakes just below. Drive all the way to the cabin for easy access. It offers modern facilities such as sauna, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, and gas oven. All beds have duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be rented. Welcome!

Senk pulsen i toppen av Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta ligger 5 minutter unna Blaafarveværket i Modum kommune, rett ved klatreparken Høyt & Lavt Modum. Her kan du finne roen blant tretoppene. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.
