The guest suite is located on the lower level of our tri-level home, with a private driveway, patio, and entrance. The queen bed and pull-out sofa sleep 4 guests comfortably. It is within 15 minutes of downtown, which is home to USC and the Colonial Life Arena. It is 10 minutes from Lake Murray, Riverbanks Zoo, shopping, movies, and great dining experiences. We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.
