Retreat to the perfect combination of peace and quiet. Spacious 2 bedroom home on a private lake stocked with bass and other fish to spend the day with your friends and family. If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Get away to the country side only five minutes to town that has farmer markets, different fairs, and murals on many of the businesses. For race fans Sebring Speedway is a fifteen minute drive. The home is nestled between five acres of pasture and a quaint pond . Wildlife like deer, otters, and pretty much all of Florida's wild critters can be seen regularly on the property. These views can be comfortably enjoyed while sitting in a screened in patio area with plenty of seating and ceiling fans.

This cozy retreat features screened in porch with 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths—one with a convenient walk-in shower. Home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two queen beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, along with plenty of games and books for leisurely moments. Leave your worries behind & unwind.

LakeFront Sunrise Cottage

Catch sunrises or fish at this 2/1 lakefront house with sandy beach and private boat house! This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake! We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

It’s amazing. We love to share our home in hopes that you enjoy as much as our family and friends do. Most neighbors are snowbirds here to stay warm. Boat slip available. Ramp about 5 minutes away. Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. Sebring Racetrack 8 miles away .Downtown Sebring 20 minutes away.

Up to 6 people can stay in this house on a canal that leads to Lake Charlotte. The home has just been renovated with fresh paint and LVT floors throughout. It has a bonus room with a water view to gather to play games, and spend time together. There's also a screened porch, and lake access 1/2 block away at the neighborhood park.

We raise USDA grass finished beef for purchase to enjoy while you stay or take home! You can also purchase our beef at the Highlands FARMERSmarket held on our property twice a month on Sundays from 10-2 pm Our tiny house is the perfect getaway to recharge your batteries!
