Our countryside cottage situated less than 20 minutes from Saffron Walden or 30 minutes from Cambridge warmly welcomes you. It's ideal for couples, or if you are travelling alone, and in a secluded, very quiet rural location. A lovely garden and parking are free for you to use and enjoy. There is asy access to Cambridge, Newmarket, Duxford Museum and links to London by train from Royston (Kings Cross) or Audley End (Liverpool Street). Close to M11 at Duxford and A1 at Baldock. Several guests have used and appreciated the location cycling from London to Cambridge, finding this an ideal spot to have a relaxing break 'in the middle'. The garden has been experienced as a special, relaxing and inspiring space by all previous guests and you are very welcome to use and enjoy it. There is seating in all its areas and weather permitting breakfast is served in the garden if you wish! IMPORTANT NOTE: Often online maps indicate that the cottage is on the opposite side of the road. These things ensure you will find it quickly: * Coming from Langley it's on the right side, from Chishill / Barley on the left side of the road. * It helps to look at the listing's first picture to recognise the cottage and the little gate close to the house carries a sign with the house name and number.

In a quiet cul -de -sac it’s a 5 minute walk to Bounds Green tube station and a 12 minute walk to Alexandra Palace where you can travel to events, & enjoy the boating lake/ice skating. It’s 40 minutes into central London & there are buses 5 minutes away that take you into Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Wood Green, areas where there are lots of diverse eateries and shopping.

Welcome to your home from home in Welwyn's "Garden City". Relax and unwind in this comfortable 1950's accommodation. We have a lovely twin room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast is available on request and we aim to please our guest's requirements. There is a lovely little garden patio area to enjoy as well as two parking bays with added free, off-street parking. A lovely cosy single room in a clean spacious home. I am willing to consider long term guests or Monday - Friday guests I do not host guest who work from home. Guest check in is 2pm- 9pm ( latest) There are several local parks, shops are 2 minutes walk with nearby bus stops ( 2 mins walk) which goes to local underground and over rail train stations.
