(ii) AON's business principles.

As stipulated in the Insurance Distribution Act, and in the IDD, AON renders its insurance brokerage services impartially and independently, having its customers' interests foremost and representing its clients vis-à-vis insurance companies.

AON furnishes its advice based on the principles of independence from insurance companies and objective and personalised assessment of its customers, in all cases seeking the coverage that best meets their needs in keeping with their requirements.

Based on the information furnished by the policyholder and the type of insurance product concerned, AON provides advice based on an objective assessment of a sufficient number of insurance policies existing in the insurance marketplace that meet most of the policyholder's requirements. Our objective assessment centres on the insurance policies offered by the insurance companies we consider best suited for the perils to be covered. However, this does not mean that there might not be other products or insurers offering other terms of insurance in the marketplace.

(iii) Complaints and claims service

AON has a complaints and claims service for its customers to register any complaints they consider appropriate regarding the insurance mediation services that AON provides. Complaints may be registered on the "quejasyreclamaciones.com" website or at AON's office.
