Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

With expansive fields surrounded by tall hardwood trees, it's hard not to love the light breeze and quiet. At night, sitting around the fire pit and looking at the stars is a must. The mini donkeys and cows are always looking for new friends. We also have seasonal animals like pigs, chickens, and ducks at different times of the year.

Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.

Large living/dining area makes this a very comfortable space for 10+ guests. Incredible outdoor space: patio, deck, HUGE screened porch, dock, 150 ft of private beach, and boat dock! This place has it all! (Our hot tub is currently not working. Sorry!)
