Riverside Escape at Sunset Point

Relax in clean comfort on Aberdeen Lake and the Tenn-Tom Waterway. Whether fishing in warm months or just watching the geese and ducks in the winter, it is quiet and cozy. Located on the Tenn-Tom River just 1 mile from DownTown, this 500 sq ft upstairs carriage house will relax you with its waterfront view. The exterior is rustic continuing with cottage charm inside. You can relax on the sofa in the comfort of the living room, take a quiet nap in the bedroom or enjoy a game of PacMan. Try grilling with a great water view on the porch or swing. For a change of pace, 2 kayaks & a canoe are for your enjoyment! 🛶 (Twin bed w/trundle downstairs for another guest).

Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!

Historic Charm Near Downtown Tupelo

Newly remodeled historic home less than a mile from Downtown Tupelo where you can enjoy shopping and plenty of tasty restaurants. The house has been thoughtfully furnished in a fun, midcentury modern style. The beds are very comfortable and the master bathroom has a giant shower and separate soaking tub to enjoy after a long day. Please note the house is close to the famous downtown train so you may hear the engine horn at night.

Our private homestead is the perfect setting for your getaway. You’ll have the best of both worlds—with 20 acres of privacy with all the excitement of Tupelo just miles away. While here, you can relax in the serene outdoors while watching our farm animals graze. You can also gather eggs and enjoy them for breakfast!

Cozy Guest House in Downtown Tupelo

Private cozy one bedroom with a bathroom guesthouse available. It is conveniently located in downtown Tupelo. Private entrance and includes wifi, roku tv, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Within walking distance to downtown Tupelo with great Restaurants.

Deer Camp

This cabin is located 1/4 mile from the Tanglefoot Trail. There are two grills at the cabin. A fishing pond is located behind the cabin. Air mattresses are in the laundry room for additional guests. Feel free to use condiments or anything else in the refrigerator.

The Woods Cabin Retreat

The Woods is a peaceful Cabin set back on 5 acres with its own private, stocked pond! Bring your fishing poles. (Catch and release only please) Soak in the luxury tub or read a good book on the front porch.
