The couch in the living room opens into a queen size bed for more sleeping space, with a chair and half recliner for relaxing Bathroom double-headed shower, and reading nook in the loft. You will love the weather-sheltered hot tub, relaxing outdoor space with grill.

Spacious, one bedroom, walk-out basement apt on the lower level of our home. Private entrance and driveway. Located in the quiet Park View neighborhood north of Eastern Mennonite University, this apt. is also just a few miles from JMU, a 15 minute drive to Bridgewater College, and a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged.

Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!
