During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.
