Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Relax at the farm while still being close to shopping, restaurants, great amenities & easy access to I-90, Gonzaga & downtown (15 mins by car).

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. No pets or service animals allowed.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
