*NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. It is the best of both worlds-unique shopping and restaurants with immediate access to canoeing and fishing. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp.

Can you say RESTFUL RETREAT?! Nestled on 20+ acres, the cabin is a beautiful place to rejuvenate. The open concept interior is all wood, many planks were hand-crafted for “old world” feel. Kitchenette, desk, loft, and porch. Just three-minute walk from gardens, infrared sauna, soaking tubs, and outdoor showers. A peaceful space to rest, refocus, and refuel. Guest say that our queen-size bed is the most comfortable ever! Conveniently located 1 mile from Interstate 20, 5-10 min town center.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Serenity House - Caddo Lake House

The modern amenities of this serene lake cabin are matched only by the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding Caddo Lake. Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas. This beautiful home comes equipped with a boat house for your enjoyment. Guests can bring their boat and utilize the boat lift which is available upon request. Have fun exploring the many boat lanes. Kayaks are available. Life jackets, fishing equipment, diving board on the swimming deck all add to your water enjoyment.

Perch Point Caddo Lake

Escape to serenity at our private 2 bedroom cabin, nestled at Caddo Lake with breathtaking views. Unwind on the spacious deck in the hottub or entertain in the outdoor kitchen area while enjoying the gentle sounds of nature. Inside, the cozy interior boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for a peaceful retreat. Whether you seek a romantic getaway or a family adventure, this lake house offers the ultimate escape from everyday life.

The Redwood

Come enjoy the stillness and silence of our beautiful proeperty. You will love the deep porches with the rocking chairs and porch swing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, play a game of cornhole, or build a fire in the firepit in the large common area. The Redwood has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

Quiet, Secure and clean accommodations upon a Church Camp Ground (founded in 1888) located in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Cabin has 2 Queen beds and full bathroom. Excellent A/C & Heat. 9 Miles from HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MARSHALL, TX. 12 Miles from CADDO STATE PARK/LAKE 20 Miles from HISTORIC DOWN TOWN JEFFERSON, TX. 30 miles from SHREVEPORT LA.

We do NOT have WI-FI in our location. Rather than hearing complaints about the signal and speed, we opted to not carry WI-FI.
