Enjoy nature while staying in a quiet 1 bedroom attached suite on a 65 acre horse property with it's own nature trails. It includes a private entrance with a dedicated workspace with free high-speed WiFi. Remote workers are welcome! We have up to 20 horses on the property. You will have front row viewing to several right out your windows! It's set back in the woods about a 1/3 of a mile, however it is a convenient location close to Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith and Mt. Holyoke.

Quiet neighborhood, 5-10 minute walk downtown and adjacent to Smith Campus. It's a small space yet sweet with radiant heating and a kitchen with a full size stove and fridge. Private entrance, full bathroom (shower). Kitchen comes stocked with hot drink options and bagels. High end pull out couch that stays out as a bed. There's a mattress on top of the pullout, and most guests so it's super comfortable! On street parking with on site spot if needed (inquire with host).

Cheery artist's studio in Florence

This 2nd floor guest suite in my home has a private entrance via an outdoor set of stairs, full kitchen, and bathroom (with tub but no shower). The studio has an open floor plan including a front room with twin bed and a smaller TV room with futon sofa that can open into a double bed. Originally my art studio, I now offer it for short-term stays. COVID-19 policy. I allow 24 hours between bookings (no same-day turnovers). I request that my guests be fully vaccinated.
