Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

This Lodge has Lake and river access and boasts some of the most memorable Kayak and Canoe and Hiking excursions that the Adirondacks have to offer. Sept & Oct is an exciting time at The Lodge. It is a popular destination for Nature and wildlife photographers because of the lovely wilderness settings, scenic Lakes, mountains and rivers. Paddleboarding Canoeing & Kayaking is walking distance to the West Branch of the Sacandaga River.“The Lodge” is also a popular destination for Bicycle touring!

CAMPT MATTY

Camp Matty is a custom chalet, built in 2015, centrally located in the middle of the Adirondack Park at beautiful Indian Lake NY. The cabin is on 11+ secluded acres and within walking distance of town. Snowmobile or cross country ski right from home. Down hill skiing is 20 minutes away at Gore or Oak MT. White water rafting is nearby on the Hudson River. There are local guide services in the town of Indian Lake. Hike, boat, hunt, motorcycle or bike right from your front door at Camp Matty.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!
