Each level has a bedroom and full bathroom, in addition the lower level has a queen sleeper couch and large screen tv. Our home is in town with off street parking. Enter home using key pad.

Rock Port, Missouri - Home with a View

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
