Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Located right in the centre of the seaside town of St Annes on Sea overlooking the beautiful Ashton Gardens from the master suite. The beach and pier is a five minute walk and the park is literally behind the house with a beautiful café and park. All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
