Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Cotton's Cabin

Come get away in our cozy log cabin in a quiet country setting. Cotton's Cabin sits on an 80 acre homestead. There are 2 ponds that guest will have access to, sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs and watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms all of which are upstairs. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. It is located out of the city right off by the highway , just a 30-minute drive from Sugar Land and 20 minutes from Brazos Bend State Park and George Ranch Historical Park.There’s not that much to do or see in the area but if you’re looking just to stay somewhere simple in the country side, this is it.

Unique guest house attached to our main house. Completely separate and private, you and the whole family can relax in this great place with lots of room for fun. Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, a main bedroom with king-size bed and a secondary bedroom featuring two brand new Queen sized memory foam mattresses as of October 2024. Sleeps 6. TV with Roku along with Keurig and Ninja toaster oven. Friendly and experienced Superhosts will make your stay great!
