Mid-Century Breeze

A mid-century modern apartment in our home. You will have an open kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops open to the bright living room. Two kings, a queen bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower complete the space. The back deck has a grill and fire pit. We have a small Maltese dog who you will share the back yard with (puppy love is free!). The apartment is separated from a smaller suite where the hosts reside but you will have full privacy and access to the back yard.

Perfectly placed for you to visit our Navarre Beach within a few minutes, also within an an hour or less you can visit Fort Walton Beach, Destin to the East and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores to the west. Don't forget Pensacola Beach is about 25 mins to the west! This room is setup just like a hotel room with a bedrooms a queen beds, microwave, toaster oven coffee maker refrigerator weber grill is available in the back porch a WiFi tv.

Serenity on the Sound is the perfect place for your next getaway. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. Bring your water toys (kayak, paddle board or raft) or just a towel to enjoy the sandy white beach just a short walk away from your charming apartment. large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.

Our charming cottage has a coastal feel with exposed brick and white breadboard walls. it is conveniently located within 10 min to the airport, beaches, Downtown Pensacola and parks galore. The neighbourhood has a hometown vibe that is refreshing, offering great places to walk or go for a scenic run along the bayou. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
