Tie up your boat at the dock or use our kayaks and paddle boards. For winter guests, our home is a 10-minute drive to Mount Sunapee. In the evening your family can relax in our open concept living space. A 10-minute walk to charming Sunapee Harbor finds seasonal shopping and restaurants. Plenty to do out your door- hiking, snow-shoeing, skating, sledding, skinning and family-friendly skiing over at Ascutney. Brownville Butcher and Pantry is an active gathering place in the village. The best meats and fish anywhere! More downhill and cross-country/skate skiing, restaurants, pubs, and breweries all within 25 minute drive.

Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.
