Grab a coffee at the renown Sift bakery and watch the boats navigate the historic Bascule Drawbridge. Meander along the placid Mystic River with breathtaking views of the Seaport and the Charles Morgan. The perfect spot to enjoy Mystic. There is another unit on the first floor. Yard is a shared space.

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.

Short drive to the Coast Guard Academy, Conn College, Domion (Millstone) and The US Submarine Base. And if you’re here for fun, we are 1.5 miles to Ocean Beach (borrow our pass for free access) 20 min to Mohegan Sun & 25 to Foxwoods and 15 min to Mystic.
