An astonishing and fully renovated home with view over the beautiful Icefjord of Ilulissat, Greenland. The home includes 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a bed loft with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen/living area. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay with new appliances such as TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and induction stove. Last but not least the home offers a large and brand new wooden terrace with outdoor furnitures.

Simpel lille 2-rums kælderlejlighed i et ældre hus med 1 soveværelse, 1 sovesofa i stue samt eget køkken og toilet/bad. Til lejligheden er der også egen vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og fryser. Hovedindgangen, opgangen og terrassen deles med kælderlejligheden ved siden af. Lejligheden har den flotteste udsigt at tilbyde og er samtidig placeret centralt. Midtbyen og den nærmeste butik er 5 til 10 minutters gå tur. OBS: børn efter 2 år regnes som ekstra gæst

Huset ligger i et roligt historisk område, med udsigt ud over den fantastiske natur, havet og det smukke Herrenhuthus, som blev bygget i 1747. Man kan nyde mange fine gåture i området. Huset ligger 10 minutters gang fra centrum, hvor der er gode handlemuligheder, busstop og restauranter. Vi ønsker dig/jer et uforglemmeligt ophold i Nuuk og det lille hus :-)

If you are lucky, you will hear the whales sing while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace and if you have the courage and knowledge in kayaking you are free to grab the kayaks at the house - completely on your own risk - and get even closer to them and the great icebergs.
