Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, century old home, situated in a historic residential neighborhood, is ideal for traveling professionals or families with older children seeking a private space to relax & feel at home.

Airport. 7 miles to Newnan's Town square and 22 miles to Senoia. 5 minutes to 2 Pickleball courts and 1 Tennis court. 2 fishing kayaks and a peddle boat are available for use. Self check-in.
