-No Checkout Chores- The Studio is a comfortable and relaxing place to wind down after exploring the area. It is above the garage of my home with a side entry. The full kitchen is well equipped. It has a Keurig, coffees, teas, creamers, sugar, cooking oil and spices. Vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. The bathroom is a good size with a jacuzzi tub/shower. The walk-in closet has an energy efficient washer/dryer-laundry supplies included. Located 2 blocks from a major park-Fitchner Mainwaring

B.F. Dowell House

Originally constructed in 1861, the historic B.F. Dowell house has been beautifully revived. Situated within walking distance of downtown, the home provides guests with easy access to the towns charming cultural fixtures as well as a variety of quaint stores. The market across the street may help guests utilize the homes large, well-equipped kitchen. Full baths adjoin each bedroom, an additional bathroom adjoins a laundry room. The homes porch opens to a patio that accompanies a spacious lawn.

Huge grassy common area! Big 4k TVs. House is a large 3 bedroom in a nice neighborhood. Must be respectful of neighbors. No dogs left outside barking. There is an HOA at this house and disruptive behaviors are reported and fined. Guest pays all assessed fines! No outside music, no fireworks. This is a beautiful family oriented neighborhood backing up to a Huge common grassy area. There isn't any playground equipment but perfect for Frisbee, soccer, etc. Please treat it respectfully

Awestruck is not nearly enough to describe what you feel when you see our 1905 Colonial revival home. We have worked tirelessly to restore this home to its original charm. The main rental unit is a private restored two bedroom Carriage house that is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan. We are less than 1 mile from town but still enjoy watching deer families and wild turkeys cross our property. It truly is a home away from home and a clean comfortable place to relax in.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located in the heart of quaint Jacksonville, the Ivy Cottage is a cozy getaway. Just blocks from the main street and a short walk to Britt Music Festival makes this the perfect location for all visitors of the area. The Ivy Cottage was built in 1925 and was newly refurbished with love in 2018. Offering 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a memory foam sleeper sofa, can sleep up to 6 guest.
