We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.
