Front yard has 50' of private shoreline w/beach and dock; heavily wooded backyard overlooks vernal pond filled w/birds. This unique, double-lot rental is called 'The Loon's Nest Bungalow & Bunkhouse'. We also own & rent a neighboring cottage w/private beach here on Lake Wabasis. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
