This quaint cottage built in 1935 is a cozy place to find peace and quiet while also being close to Cincinnati attractions. The charming details, fully-equipped kitchen, and serene surroundings make this cottage an ideal space to unwind. A one bedroom apartment in our 107 year old historic 2-family home located in the village of St. Bernard. The town jeweler lived here when I was growing up. Our beautiful home is loaded with details unique to the era it was built. We resurfaced the original clawfoot bathtub & refinished the original tile floor, bringing the bathroom up to 21st century expectations without destroying her original architectural integrity. The bedroom fireplace (non-working) still has its original Rookwood tile.

It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
