Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach and dock w/swim platform (from May through October, weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots. It offers an expansive view of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond filled with the sights and sounds of nature.

The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
