The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

You'll love the peace and quiet of the country and the gardens are professionally landscaped and maintained. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
