Kayaks, a row boat, and life jacks are provided! 20 minutes from Plattsburgh NY and 1 1/2 hours from Montreal and Burlington VT. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal.
