Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the mouth of the Chazy River into Lake Champlain, on the boat launching ramp! Visit local farms and wineries or enjoy a fishing tournament. Bring your boat/fishing gear to the adjoining boat launch, or use our kayaks! Year-round, enjoy the view of the lake! Watch boats go onto the lake from the comfort of our screened-in porch, & watch the birds from the wildlife lookout next door! Please read all descriptions, my place is a little rustic! :)

Auntie’s Lakeside Cottage

Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

The perfect Champlain Island getaway! Storybook cottage is an enchanting little spot located on “Point of the Tongue” - a narrow strip of land that juts down into Lake Champlain from Canada. One hour north to Montreal, 40 minutes south to Burlington and a short walk to Alburgh Dunes State Park - a hidden treasure! Come in summer to swim, fish, bike, hike and relax in the idyllic surroundings. Come in winter for the magical peace and quiet. Come and write your own story at Storybook Cottage!

Newly Constructed Island Cottage with Lake Views

Newly constructed (July 2024) centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Completely renovated (2022) lake cottage offers a great place to relax and is a base for an incredible vacation. Located on a quiet dead-end street consisting of private homes and camps. 1 hour from downtown Montreal, Burlington and Lake Placid! Bring your toys! Every month has something to offer in the Lake Champlain region!

Big Camp Lakefront: Juststeps to the water!

Relax at this shorefront house with incredible expansive views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Have your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the deck, feet from the water or from the large screened in porch. Enjoy the lake while staying in a comfortable, updated home with AC, broadband internet, and smart TVs. Swim off the dock or take the kayaks or rowboat out on the lake. Go fishing off the 48' dock or bring your boat and tie it to the boat mooring.

The public boat dock and launch is a short walk down the lane to the river. Conveniently located one exit from Burlington; 16 minutes from BTV airport. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!

Cozy cottage directly on Lake Champlain on a quiet street. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed plus Hazel's Hideaway, a 6× 6 ft. loft off of the dining room/kitchen area with a daybed for 1 child or it can be used as a reading nook. 1 bath with shower, washer and dryer, and filtered water system. Pantry stocked with staples as well as fishing equipment. Games and toys for all ages. Private staircase to the lake. Fire pit with wood. Water shoes recommended.
