The master bath includes a bathtub/shower. A full kitchen with a dining room table that seats 6 and the half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

Newly built in December 2025, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends vintage touches and cozy details making it easy to settle into. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town but still only 5–10 minutes from downtown, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Inside, the home features a kitchen with plenty of room to cook and gather. Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Step outside to enjoy the large yard. The home also includes washer and dryer access.

Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night.
