Walnut tree is a light and bright, modern one bedroom holiday home situated in Burgh Hall Holiday Park. The space has one main bedroom, shower room, living room with a double sofa bed, well equipped kitchenette with oven, hob, kettle and toaster. Outside area has furniture and free parking. Located just outside of Gt Yarmouth, but set in private grounds close to Burgh Castle for lovely countryside walks. Bar/Restaurant onsite, indoor & outdoor play areas and swimming pool. Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, b, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Quaint, modern fisherman’s cottage close to beach

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Winifred is a Georgian 2 bedroomed mid terrace cottage located a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful award winning unspoilt beach.The cottage has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through the dining room. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom with bath/shower. Note stairs are steep. Free car park 50m away.

With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.
