It is all about the mooseThe guest suite is decorated for comfort and peaceful surroundings. It is 10 miles to Berthoud, 45 minutes to Estes Park, 40 minutes to Boulder, 20 minutes to Carter Lake. It has a full kitchen, the bathroom has a large shower, the entry room is a quiet place to read and relax. The living space is the perfect size for a longer stay. The property is on 5 acres and shared with the owner. There is an entry gate used by guests and owner.

Continental breakfast offered and full use of our kitchen for dinner or snacks. Laundry available for an additional $4.00/load fee. Quiet, safe and relaxing. BUT... we don't live in a neighborhood with restaurants or stores...you'll have to eat in Estes or bring your own evening meal/drinks. AND....this is our home; we live here too!
