Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, rec room with a pool table, dart board, bar, tv, BBQ grill & hot tub. Enjoy this wonderful place while the rates are low.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors at this home. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views while relaxing by the fire or snuggle up on the sprawling deck and read a book. You can visit one of the nearby rivers where you can fish, kayak, canoe or tube. If hiking is your things visit a nearby nature preserve. Home is also located near ATV and snowmobile trails and hunting preserves. When the water returns home boast 280 feet of waterfront on a canal leading out into Wixom Lake.

Welcome to Wiggins Lake! Amazing fishing, boating, and relaxation! We are 2 doors down from the public boat launch to 345-acre all-sports Wiggins Lake with plenty of driveway space to bring a boat! After being outside all day, choose to stay home at the fully-stocked cottage to cook meals and enjoy the plethora of games and yard space. There are lots of hiking trails and we are super close to town, too! Fully renovated cottage with all the conveniences you'll need!
